Elise Glamping

 As the weather is getting more and more warm. I love to be outside more. At my home I am close to the water and have lots of nature spots to hang out. Dreamland Designs is participating at the NextUp again with a new set. This glamping set is complete with trees, seats, tables, a plant and lanterns. Amazing to create a place to sleep under the stars. This is not a Gacha system,  but a NextUp system shows the name of the part you are buying. So you have to wait for the right set to come along maybe...

There is this song stuck in my head whenever I hear the name Jolene. So when MOoh! brought out the new jeans with that name, it kept repeating through my mind. Maybe I should try to sing it sometime? What Wendy? You sing?! Yes I started singing in SecondLife for a few weeks now. Mostly on my own Dedicova, but also at an open mic. This top with lace  print is available in 12 beautiful colors which are available to you though a color hud. You can wear this on your Maitreya, Physique, Hourglass, Isis, Freya, Venus or Tonic body. I must say that the top fits perfect on my Maitreya body and that the colors make a beautiful contrast. I have worn this top also on my other post in another color. Jolene Jeans

This ripped jeans with the name Jolene is available in 6 denim colors and are provided with a belt. This belt can be changed into 8 different styles. Which you can make nice combinations with. The body you can wear it on are Maitreya, Isis, Freya, Hourglass and Legacy bodies. It's adviced to use the Alpha hud to remove some spots between the legs, but it fits perfectly for the rest. Skin is peeking though the holes and makes the look complete.

Perfectly Imperfect

 

Sometimes you have those moments where you want to be perfect for the world, but you just can't. Perfect plans that don't seem to work out when everything is coming together. I have them from time to time, but I embraced the perfectly imperfect thing as few days ago and then this top came along at Tastic. I could not stop myself from grabbing it and share with all of you that being imperfect is not a shame. It's a blessing, because we all should live our lives how we want it and not how the world finds it perfect.

You all know I love to dress up and make my avi look the best I can. There are thousands of outfits to choose from inworld and on Marketplace, but what I love is putting an outfit together with loose pieces. As it happens I saw on the Facebook of Epic Effects this dress and I couldn´t help but fell in love with it. As soon as it was released I went down to the store and grabbed it. Like every item I styled it to make it fit my style and it worked perfectly for what I wanted! This makes me so happy and also confident to get out on the SecondLife grid. So thank you Mandy, for bringing this amazing piece to the market of Second life! 

The London dress comes in many packs, I choose the Megapack so I can change it into many colors. The megapack holds 72 colors of the rainbow and the dress and frills are seperatly adjustable. You can wear it on several bodies, such as Belezza Freya, Isis and Venus, Legacy body, Maitreya and Slink. I wear mine on the Maitreya body and it fits like a glove.

 I love to relax around on serveral sims. One of my favorite kind of places is near a swimming pool or on a nice lounging set. Today I hung out at the swimming pool of Embrace danceclub. Cats and dogs on a rug

 At the end of the day I just love to come home and get lots of cuddles from the dogs and of course my little girl Sophie and my lovely husband RJ. But when the room is filled with amazing stuff it makes me even more happy. This weekend MOoh! also takes part in the Secret Sale.  Maybe you know that I own my own store besides the blog I work on. It started all with my love for making photo´s but not doing anything with them really besides posting them on facebook. Then there came the time where I wanted to load my photo´s into secondlife and put them on the wall, but none of the frames I bought were the size that I liked or that fitted my photo´s perfectly (I'm not much of a big spender when it comes to items) So I started to make one out of prim. Fast forward I am learning every day. I started to make mesh and made my own table. Also new for Valentinesday are these Quote textures. Which I am really proud of.

Please don't stop the music

 Music has always been a big thing in my life. Most of the lyrics of songs I pick up very easily and I hum or even sing (which I really can't by the way) along with the song wherever I go. It's also a place where I can find and regonise emotions I am feeling. So what ever it is I am feeling there is always a song that touches me with it. That's why I love my job in SecondLife as a host for Embrace Danceclub. It's always fun and there are great DJ's that know how to entertain the crowd with amazing music.

 As valentine is coming there are many sims that are turning their serroundings a bit more romantic. I feel like dressing up extra nicely and as January has ended it is time to pick up some hapiness with the one you love or like and just have fun. Smile, because the darker days are supposed to be over and we are working our way to spring! What better to do that with a nice set of Clothes from MOoH! Not your barbie girl

When you feel like the whole world is judging you over the way you look is something I believe most people struggle with. Sometimes it is hard to be yourself, but what I want to say to you is no matter what you look like or who you want to be. Nobody is the same and everybody is unique in their own way, with their own believes and you CAN be whoever you want to be. Not a barbie girl, but you are living your own world.
